01 — About CLEARED.
CLEARED. provides flexible, outsourced business support for small and growing businesses.
Our support is designed to help businesses manage the essential day-to-day workload that keeps them moving, while giving business owners more time, headspace and capacity to focus on their customers, priorities and growth.
CLEARED. provides support across areas including business administration, customer and supplier support, finance administration, business organisation and systems, together with practical marketing support where appropriate.
The information on this website provides an overview of the support CLEARED. offers. The exact scope of work provided to an individual client will be agreed separately.
02 — Our services
CLEARED. provides outsourced business support rather than regulated or specialist professional advice.
Our services may include administrative support, customer and supplier communication, finance administration, business organisation, systems support, coordination and other agreed business-support activities.
CLEARED. does not provide accountancy or tax advice, legal advice, HR advice, specialist graphic design, web development, PR services, paid advertising management or high-level business consultancy.
Where specialist expertise is required, CLEARED. may support the administrative or coordination aspects of that work, while specialist advice or delivery remains the responsibility of the appropriately qualified professional.
03 — Packages and pricing
CLEARED. currently offers flexible ad-hoc and ongoing support options.
Current published pricing is:
FLEX — £35 per hour
Ad-hoc support when you need it.
SUPPORT — £325 per month
10 hours of support per month.
SUPPORT+ — £625 per month
20 hours of support per month.
OFFICE — £925 per month
30 hours of support per month.
The retained packages are designed to provide increasing levels of ongoing support rather than simply operating as blocks of administrative hours. CLEARED.'s service is built around understanding the client's business, taking ownership of agreed workload and communicating proactively.
Prices displayed on the website may be updated from time to time. The price, package and terms applicable to an individual client will be those agreed with the client when services are confirmed.
Any work outside an agreed package or scope will be discussed with the client before additional charges are incurred.
04 — Starting work with CLEARED.
Submitting an enquiry through this website does not in itself create a client relationship or oblige either party to proceed.
Before ongoing services begin, we will agree the nature and scope of the support required and any relevant commercial arrangements.
Where appropriate, these will be set out in a proposal, service agreement, statement of work or other written confirmation.
CLEARED. takes the time to understand how each client's business works, including its priorities, systems and ways of working, so that agreed work can be supported effectively.
05 — Working together
CLEARED.'s approach is based on ownership, clear communication and practical support.
Once agreed work has been handed over, our aim is to keep it moving, follow matters through and provide meaningful updates without requiring the client to continually chase or manage the support.
Our communication approach is simple:
Keep clients informed without making them manage us.
Clients remain responsible for providing the information, access, approvals and instructions reasonably required for CLEARED. to perform the agreed services.
Where work depends on information, approval or action from the client or another third party, timescales may be affected until that dependency has been resolved.
